Invertions by Sabrina Gallardo
Handstands, elbowstands and headstands. We will practice specific exercises for mobility, stability, and alignment on hand/headstands, and you will learn a structured way to keep practicing by yourself in an efficient process. For those who are already comfortable being upside-down we will study a progressive way to do leg movement, and how to integrate some free-flow. For the ones that are just starting their upside-down journey I'll give them tools to build an strong foundation and to start to understand what' s happening when everything is inverted. Time: 12:00-14:00
